As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced IT and Tech Support Manager to lead our technical support team and ensure the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT and Tech Support Manager to oversee our technical support operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch IT support to enable the success of Moss Yoga App.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the IT and Tech Support team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

  • Technical Support: Oversee the resolution of technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.

  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.

  • Help Desk Operations: Establish and optimize help desk procedures to efficiently address user inquiries and technical problems.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.

  • Security: Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and the optimal performance of IT systems.

  • Training and Documentation: Develop training programs and documentation to enhance the technical skills of the team and end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proven experience in IT management and technical support, preferably in a startup environment.

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with cloud services and experience with relevant software applications.

  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Schedule:

  • M-F, 9-5 PM

Location: Remote 

Pay Range: $28 per hour
