As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and community-focused individual to join us as a Community Manager.

Job details

We are looking for a dynamic and community-minded individual to take on the role of Community Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online communities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering positive interactions within our user base.

Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant and engaged community around Moss Yoga App through various online platforms.

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling content to share with the community, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.

  • User Support: Act as a liaison between the community and the company, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.

  • Event Planning: Organize and execute virtual and in-person events to enhance community interaction and promote Moss Yoga App.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and insights to provide valuable input for product development and improvement.

  • Advocacy Programs: Develop and manage advocacy programs to empower community members to become ambassadors for Moss Yoga App.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, creating and sharing content to foster engagement and brand loyalty.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on community engagement and sentiment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in community management, preferably in the tech or wellness industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community-building strategies.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically about community engagement.

  • Empathetic and customer-centric approach to user interactions.

  • Familiarity with yoga and wellness practices is a plus.

Schedule:

  • M-F, 9-5 PM

Location: Remote 

Pay Range: $20 per hour
